🚀 We’re hiring: 2 Operations Associate (Contract) at PartyHub

PartyHub is an AI platform simplifying event vendor discovery, based out of Denver, Colorado. We are a team of 15+ building a fast-growing startup.

⚙️ Role details:
• Full Remote Role(WFH / Work From Home)
• 3-month contract
• Can convert to full-time based on performance
• Compensation: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month
• 5-day work week, 8 hours/day

👀 What we’re looking for:
• 6+ months of relevant experience required (not open to interns)
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (filters, formulas, data organization)
• High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

💼 What you’ll do:
• Identify and shortlist potential vendors for PartyHub
• Source vendor leads through competitor research and online platforms
• Validate vendor-submitted content for accuracy and completeness
• Manage and maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date data in Google Sheets / Excel trackers
• Build and manage vendor profiles on the platform
