These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Recurt website, services, features, job listings, employer services, candidate services, subscriptions, and other functionality available through Recurt.
By accessing, registering with, or using Recurt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
1. About Recurt
Recurt is an online recruitment and career platform designed to connect job seekers, employers, recruiters, and organizations.
The platform may provide services including job listings, candidate profiles, company profiles, job applications, recruitment tools, resume-related services, job alerts, hiring tools, premium plans, and other career or recruitment-related features.
Some features may be free while others may require payment or subscription.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law to use services that require contractual consent.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of Recurt complies with applicable laws.
If you are using Recurt on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization.
3. User Accounts
Certain Recurt features require registration.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Keeping your information current.
- Preventing unauthorized access to your account.
- Activities performed through your account where attributable to your use or failure to secure your credentials.
You should notify Recurt promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Recurt may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.
4. Candidate Accounts
Candidates may create professional profiles, upload resumes, search for jobs, submit applications, save jobs, communicate with employers, and use other available career features.
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that information included in their profile, resume, applications, qualifications, experience, and other submissions is accurate.
Creating a Recurt account or applying for a job does not guarantee employment, interviews, employer responses, or job offers.
5. Employer Accounts
Employers may create company profiles, publish job listings, receive applications, search for candidates where available, and use recruitment tools provided by Recurt.
Employers must ensure that job listings are genuine, accurate, lawful, and related to legitimate employment opportunities.
Employers must not post:
- Fraudulent or misleading jobs.
- Jobs involving unlawful activities.
- Discriminatory listings prohibited by applicable law.
- Listings designed primarily to collect personal information.
- Misleading work-from-home or income opportunities.
- Pyramid schemes or similar schemes.
- Jobs requiring unlawful payments from candidates.
- Content that infringes third-party rights.
Recurt may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate platform policies.
6. Job Listings and Applications
Recurt provides technology that facilitates connections between candidates and employers.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Recurt is not the employer for jobs listed by third parties and does not make hiring decisions on behalf of those employers.
Employers are responsible for their recruitment decisions.
Candidates should independently evaluate employers, job offers, compensation, working conditions, and requests for information before accepting employment.
7. Recruitment Safety
Recurt does not encourage candidates to pay employers or recruiters merely to apply for ordinary job opportunities.
Users should exercise caution if someone requests money, banking credentials, passwords, OTPs, or other sensitive information.
Suspicious listings or users should be reported to Recurt.
8. Plans and Paid Services
Recurt may provide free and paid plans for candidates and employers.
Current pricing, limits, and included features will be displayed on the relevant pricing or checkout page.
Recurt may modify plan prices, features, or usage limits. Changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be handled according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase and applicable law.
9. Payments
Payments for paid services may be processed by third-party payment providers.
By purchasing a paid service, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
Recurt does not necessarily store complete payment card or banking credentials where payments are processed directly by third-party payment processors.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased, the circumstances of the transaction, and applicable law.

Third-party advertisements do not necessarily constitute an endorsement by Recurt of the advertised product, service, or organization.
12. Sponsored and Promotional Content
Recurt may offer sponsored job listings, featured employers, banner advertising, promoted content, partnerships, or similar commercial placements.
Where appropriate, promotional content may be identified using labels such as “Sponsored,” “Advertisement,” “Featured,” or equivalent disclosures.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Recurt’s branding, website design, original text, graphics, software, logos, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Recurt.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, sell, republish, or commercially exploit protected Recurt content without authorization.
Users retain responsibility for content they submit and grant Recurt the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process, and distribute that content for operation of the service.
14. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Create fraudulent accounts.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Post fake employment opportunities.
- Harvest personal information without authorization.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Introduce malware or malicious code.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Manipulate advertisements or encourage invalid ad interactions.
- Scrape Recurt in violation of applicable restrictions.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
15. Third-Party Services
Recurt may integrate with third-party services, including analytics, advertising, payment processing, maps, email delivery, social networks, or other technology providers.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Availability
We aim to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee that Recurt will always operate without interruptions, errors, maintenance periods, security incidents, or technical failures.
Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
17. Disclaimer
Recurt does not guarantee:
- Employment.
- Candidate suitability.
- Employer legitimacy in every circumstance.
- Interview invitations.
- Job offers.
- Particular hiring outcomes.
- Accuracy of every user-generated listing or profile.
Users should independently verify information when making employment or hiring decisions.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Recurt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from third-party hiring decisions, user-generated content, unauthorized third-party conduct, or external services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Termination
Users may stop using Recurt or request account deletion subject to applicable retention obligations.
Recurt may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the platform.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, legal requirements, or business practices change.
