Job Description
IPL Creators has announced new employment opportunities for the position of Territory Sales Manager in the Kashmir region. The company is looking for experienced professionals who have a strong background in channel sales and dealership network development.
The selected candidates will be responsible for expanding market presence and managing sales operations for products including PPR Pipes & Fittings (Italy), Agricultural & Drip Irrigation Pipes & Fittings, and SWR Pipes & Fittings.
Applicants with proven experience in dealership onboarding, territory management, and business development will be preferred. This role is ideal for candidates who have worked in construction materials, plumbing products, irrigation systems, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks
• Manage sales operations across assigned territories
• Achieve territory growth and sales targets
• Promote and sell pipes and irrigation products
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales
• Proven record in dealership onboarding and territory growth
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in pipes, irrigation, or construction product sales is preferred
