Job Role Details

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage proposals for U.S. federal, state, and commercial clients
• Assist in business development and client acquisition strategies
• Work on RFPs (Request for Proposals) with compliance and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions
• Maintain client relationships and support sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

• 0–6 months of experience in proposal writing or business development
• Exposure to U.S. agencies (DoD, DHS, HHS, GSA) preferred
• Knowledge of APMP / Shipley proposal processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, HubSpot, and Excel dashboards
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets
