As a Proposal Writer at IntellectFaces, you will:
✨ Lead and manage proposal responses for Federal and Commercial RFPs
✨ Write clear, concise, and compelling technical and business content
✨ Collaborate with SMEs, technical teams, and leadership to gather inputs
✨ Leverage AI tools efficiently for accelerated content generation
✨ Ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality proposal submissions
✅ What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong experience in Proposal Writing & Proposal Management
✔ Expertise in Federal RFP responses and technical writing
✔ Ability to use AI tools smartly for quick turnaround content
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
✔ Experience in the tech industry is a plus
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field
