As a Customer Support Executive at Snocart, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions through calls and chats, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a smooth post-order experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and chat support.
  • Resolve order-related issues including delivery, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and submit daily reports.
  • Provide a positive and professional customer experience at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
