Recruitment Overview

Applications are invited for temporary project-based posts under a DBT (Department of Biotechnology), Government of India funded project titled:

“Assessing population dynamics, genetics and breeding patterns of threatened mountain ungulates for species recovery and community-based conservation in Western Himalayas.”

Project Duration: 2 Years
Nature of Engagement: Purely Temporary (Co-terminus with Project)

General Terms & Conditions

  • Positions are purely temporary
  • No claim for permanent absorption in SKUAST-K
  • Six months probation period
  • Candidates must be willing to work at field stations across J&K and Eastern Ladakh
  • Performance will be reviewed periodically
