🏭 Role Summary

The Production Supervisor will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the continuous PU foam panel manufacturing line. The role requires complete accountability for:

• Output quality
• Line efficiency and throughput
• Scrap reduction
• Shift discipline
• Team safety

You will act as the single point of responsibility across labourers, machine technicians, and quality checkers, ensuring smooth coordination and high productivity.

• Supervise daily operations of the PU foam panel manufacturing line
• Monitor and improve line efficiency and output quality
• Lead and coach shift teams for high performance
