B.Pharm with minimum 65% marks

Marketing – 10 Posts
MBA (Marketing/Digital Marketing) / PGDBM / MIB / MPIB (minimum 65%)

Human Resources – 2 Posts
MBA (HR) / MSW (PM&IR) / PGDPM / MA (PM&IR) / MHRM (minimum 65%), LLB desirable

Social Work – 1 Post
MSW (Medical & Psychiatry) with minimum 65% marks

Data Analytics – 1 Post
BE/B.Tech / B.Sc (Maths/Stats) + MBA (Data Analytics) with minimum 65% marks

Hospital Management – 3 Posts
Science UG + MBA (Hospital Management) with minimum 65% marks

Selection Process

• Phase I: Computer Based Test (90 minutes)
– Part I: Arithmetic, English, Reasoning, GK & Aptitude (50 marks)
– Part II: Domain Knowledge (50 marks)
• Preliminary Interview
• Psychometric Evaluation
• Final Interview


Compensation & Career Progression

• Stipend: E1 level basic pay ₹40,000/month + DA during training
• After successful completion: Regularization as Deputy Manager
• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
• Service Bond: ₹3,00,000 for 60 months
