Selection Process
• Phase I: Computer Based Test (90 minutes)
– Part I: Arithmetic, English, Reasoning, GK & Aptitude (50 marks)
– Part II: Domain Knowledge (50 marks)
• Preliminary Interview
• Psychometric Evaluation
• Final Interview
Compensation & Career Progression
• Stipend: E1 level basic pay ₹40,000/month + DA during training
• After successful completion: Regularization as Deputy Manager
• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
• Service Bond: ₹3,00,000 for 60 months
