Job Description
CyberX Gov Solutions is inviting applications for the position of Proposal Development Trainer. The company is looking for experienced professionals who can train freshers to become production-ready proposal development specialists for the U.S. Government Contracting (GovCon) industry.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering structured proposal development training programs.
- Mentoring freshers to become production-ready professionals.
- Teaching GovCon proposal development methodologies and best practices.
- Conducting practical sessions on opportunity research and compliance.
- Guiding trainees on proposal writing, documentation, and submission processes.
- Evaluating trainee performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Developing training materials and maintaining learning documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Proposal Development and/or Proposal Development Training.
- Experience training team members on SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS, and similar opportunity research platforms is preferred.
- Prior experience in training, coaching, and mentoring freshers in proposal development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
