Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for handling various Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) activities, including:

• Communicating with U.S. insurance companies regarding medical claims.
• Following up on pending insurance claims.
• Managing claim status verification and documentation.
• Resolving denied or delayed insurance claims.
• Processing medical billing collections efficiently.
• Ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution.
• Maintaining proper records and documentation.
• Working closely with team members to improve operational efficiency.
