Office of the Deputy Commissioner Udhampur is Hiring Motivators under Mission YUVA 2026

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner (DC), Udhampur, Government of Jammu & Kashmir, has released a Re-Advertisement Notice inviting online applications for the empanelment of Motivators under Mission YUVA. This initiative aims to strengthen entrepreneurship and self-employment opportunities by engaging motivated individuals who can assist aspiring entrepreneurs in accessing government schemes and financial support.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected Motivators will be responsible for:

• Creating awareness about Mission YUVA among local youth.
• Identifying potential entrepreneurs within their assigned areas.
• Assisting applicants in preparing and submitting loan applications.
• Coordinating with government departments and financial institutions.
• Supporting beneficiaries throughout the application process.
• Encouraging self-employment and entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Helping increase participation in government-sponsored livelihood programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Mission YUVA Motivator Recruitment Udhampur 2026 must satisfy the following conditions:

• Minimum age of 21 years as on the date of notification.
• Minimum educational qualification of 10th Pass.
• Must possess a valid Jammu & Kashmir Domicile Certificate.

Remuneration

Selected Motivators will receive:

• Fixed Monthly Honorarium: ₹2,000 per month
• Performance Incentive: Based on the number of sanctioned loan applications, up to ₹3,000 per month

The incentive is linked to the performance and successful processing of eligible loan applications under Mission YUVA.
